Summary:
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Training & Development Director is responsible for planning, coordinating and developing training for Surveillance staff. The Training & Development Director ensures that the Surveillance staff is up to date on current policies and procedures, Internal Control Manuals and Gaming Ordinance. The Training & Development Director also provides guidance and support through the implementation of programs that develop staff skills.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION:
1.Minimum four year degree in Education, Business, Human Resources.
ESSENTIAL:
1.All casino employees will be subject to the Criminal and Background restrictions of the
Ho-Chunk Nation.
2.Must have a valid driver's license, liability insurance, and dependable transportation.
EXPERIENCE:
1.Experience with needs analysis and curriculum design.
2.Minimum two (2) years' experience in Business, Human Resources, Training, Education and/or Management.
