About Our Client:

Addison Group is partnering with our client, a growing manufacturing organization, to identify a Manager, Learning & Performance. This role will lead company-wide learning and development initiatives, support leadership growth, and drive employee performance programs across multiple operational sites.


Job Description:

The Manager, Learning & Performance will serve as a strategic partner to leadership teams by developing and executing training and talent development initiatives that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

• Create and implement company-wide learning and development strategies aligned with organizational goals

• Partner with HR, operations, and department leaders to identify training needs and performance gaps

• Develop learning paths, onboarding programs, leadership training, and employee development initiatives

• Manage and maintain the company’s learning management system (LMS) and related training content

• Coordinate annual compliance training and oversee training calendars and reporting

• Design scalable learning solutions, including digital content and blended learning programs

• Facilitate or support train-the-trainer initiatives with managers and HR teams

• Analyze training effectiveness, track KPIs, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement

• Assist with succession planning, career development, and performance management initiatives

• Support organizational growth initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, and workforce development projects

• Monitor assigned budgets and maintain awareness of emerging learning technologies and trends


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, Business, or related field

• 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organizational Effectiveness

• Prior experience within a manufacturing or multi-site production environment, or similar, required

• Experience supporting a 24/7 operational workforce strongly preferred

• Strong background in program management, training design, and facilitation

• Knowledge of performance management and employee development best practices

• Ability to influence and communicate effectively with leaders across all levels of the organization

• Experience with LMS platforms and HR systems; exposure to Paylocity is a plus

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities

• Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to analyze and present data effectively

• Experience with video editing or training content creation tools is a plus
