This role is all about trust, visibility, and becoming the first call for insurance and property professionals when their clients need help the most.
If you thrive in outside sales, enjoy being in the field, and know how to turn strong relationships into long‑term partnerships, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do

As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of our company in the community and the connector between referral partners and our operations team.

  • Conduct regular in‑person visits, presentations, and check‑ins to educate partners on our services and reinforce our value
  • Identify and pursue new referral opportunities and key decision‑makers in insurance and property management
  • Coordinate and host lunch‑and‑learns, CE classes (where applicable), and marketing events that strengthen relationships and drive referrals
  • Respond quickly and professionally to incoming referrals, ensuring an exceptional experience from first contact through project completion
  • Collaborate closely with operations and project management teams to ensure smooth communication and outstanding service on referred jobs
  • Track activities, referrals, and pipeline progress in our CRM and provide regular reporting and market feedback
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking groups, and community functions to grow brand awareness and credibility
What We’re Looking For

(restoration, construction, insurance, or related industry experience strongly preferred)
  • Existing relationships with local insurance agents, adjusters, or property managers are a major plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills
  • Self‑motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field‑based role with defined activity and performance goals
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory daily
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary plus commission/bonus tied to referrals and closed business
  • Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement, depending on role structure
  • Company‑provided phone, laptop/tablet, and field tools
  • Paid time off and benefits package (details discussed during the interview)
  • Ongoing training in restoration services and the insurance claims process, with clear opportunities for career growth
Why Join Us?

We’re more than a restoration company—we’re a trusted partner during our customers’ most difficult moments. You’ll be joining a team that values integrity, responsiveness, and long‑term relationships, with the support and resources you need to succeed.
