  • Develop, implement, and sustain industry-leading training programs.
  • Develop and maintain the training matrix for the site and other KPIs.
  • Own training record-keeping metrics and ensure audit-ready documentation.
  • Supervise the network of site trainers to implement best practices.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to department leaders to ensure execution of safety and functional training.
  • Experience with updating training programs to incorporate policy, regulatory, legal, and system changes into the curriculum.
  • Identify, train, and lead qualified on-the-job trainers for all production areas.
  • Create both digital and classroom-based training content.
  • Learning Management Software - Owner.
  • Communication with internal and external training agencies and advisory services.
  • Partnership with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to provide guidance on training content, delivery, scheduling, and logistics.

  • Bachelor's degree in education, Training & Development, HR or related field - Preferred.
  • Training certifications preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in training development and delivery - Preferred.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate projects and deliver results.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Must be able to adjust to changes in workflow, prioritize as needed, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong sense of urgency and ownership of process.
  • Prior experience working in LEAN manufacturing organization - Preferred.

Thesalary range for this role is $85,000.00 to $100,000.00. This range represents thegood-faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offerfor this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, thisposition may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, asapplicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package asdescribed above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as thecandidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
