Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Senior Managers, an Assistant Manager will be responsible for creating the perfect dining experience for our guests through leading and developing our hourly team members and using a variety of industry-leading tools to manage all aspects of the restaurant's operation. This position should build a strong management foundation and lead you to become our future Restaurant Managers.
Responsibilities:
• Adhere to established training programs
• Provide guidance to our talented & motivated team and lead them toward success
• Enforce policies, procedures, and controls
• Assist Sr. Management with the set up and direction of daily shift planners & checklists
• Communicate new information and procedures to current staff
• Utilize the "Management Communication Log" throughout each shift
• Assist with the development and training of new and existing staff
• Aim to achieve sales targets
• Recognize revenue areas & development strategies to impact sales
• Enforce and execute advertising and marketing plans, and HR and training materials
• Manage and control direct expenses

Qualifications and Skills:
• Must be 21 years or older
• 1 - 2 years of supervisory experience in restaurant or retail (QSR preferred)
• Ability to lead 10+ team members per shift
• Some experience working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting
• Knowledge of commonly used restaurant practices, concepts and procedures
• Strong administrative, multi-tasking, organizational, and prioritizing skills
