Job description

Responsibilities
  • Delivers and uploads effective training utilizing Compliance Quest interface.
  • Conducts need assessments to determine measures required to improve the effectiveness of employee performance.
  • Have thorough knowledge and understanding of Company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook, and standalone policies.
  • Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of facility in relation to established goals.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the department and services performed.
  • Support Organizational Development's morale initiatives by facilitating employee social functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Job Specifications
  • Associate or/and bachelor's degree in training and development, or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to take initiative and able to work independently.
  • Demonstrates resourcefulness, ownership and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge MS Office Suite specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exhibit exceptional interpersonal relationships with employees, peers, and customer
  • Professional dress is required.

Technical Expertise
  • Skillfully navigate through Quality and Employee Management Systems with training - CQ.
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic to Intermediate to Advanced Public Speaking and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience utilizing web-based telecommunication software.

Additional Employment Requirements
  • Must be able to successfully meet all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check, etc.).
  • Must have a valid driver's license.

Physical/Mental/Visual Demands
  • Work is light to medium in nature with frequent walking to perform assigned tasks.
  • Occasional lifting of 25 - 50 lbs. is required.

Working Conditions
  • Activities occur both inside and outside.
  • Hazardous conditions may exist, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts.

  • Equipment: Desktop computer, fax machine, copier, desk phone, and cell phone.
