Job Summary
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team! As the Assistant Manager, you will assist the general manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include daily management of tasks and employees to help ensure the restaurant is operating smoothly. The ideal candidate is a positive, motivating leader with a passion for people and providing quality customer service. 
Responsibilities: 
  • Assist in supervising a team of 4-8 employees
  • Cash handling and food preparation
  • Lead on catering orders and being the point of contact person
  • Ensure all systems and procedures are followed, including food safety
  • Count and record inventory every week
  • Assist with hiring and training staff
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues that arise in a positive manner
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and well-maintained
Qualifications: 
  • Previous management experience is preferred but not required
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Bilingual a plus but not required
