Title: Luxury Fashion Manager

The Luxury Fashion Manager is the category owner and brand activation leader for all Fashion merchandise within the store. This leader is accountable for driving category performance, elevating team capability, and bringing the Jared brand promise to life through styling, storytelling, and customer experience.

What You'll Do:
Own the Fashion Category
  • Lead total Fashion category performance - including sales, behaviors, and standards
  • Serve as the expert in styling, wardrobe building, and product storytelling
  • Diagnose performance gaps and activate solutions through coaching, focus, and visual execution

Lead Visual Marketing for Fashion
  • Own all Fashion visual merchandising and presentation standards
  • Ensure displays inspire styling, layering, and customer connection
  • Adjust visual focus to support business priorities and product launches

Build Team Capability (Monthly Coaching)
  • Observe or coach one Fashion presentation per team member, every month
  • Deliver real-time, actionable feedback on styling and layering, wardrobe building, and emotional storytelling
