Job description

Paradigm has opportunities for Training Developers (Intermediate or Senior) to employ their knowledge, skills and techniques to deliver and implement initiatives and enable our customers to maximize their investments in their business processes and information technology.
The role will be based onsite for our customers who are in Regina.
Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify.
If you have strong Training Development experience and feel that the responsibilities shown below describe you to a tee, we’d like to hear from you!
Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized educational facility
  • Post educational certifications related to adult learning, instructional design, facilitation and teaching
  • In depth experience designing training content within a healthcare environment    
  • Past training delivery experience
  • Experience in the assessment of initiatives in adult learning
  • Experience in training planning, logistics and delivery
  • Strong influencing\negotiating skills
  • Working with multiple file formats such as XML, CSV would be beneficial
Duties may include:
  • Design training materials, such as job aids, exercises, presentations, instructor-led training, and video content
  • Work with Client’s stakeholders and the Training Leads to update and refine training materials
  • Attend and contribute to OCM team meetings
  • Coordinate development of training with other stakeholders
  • Coordinate training activities, establish training environment, and review and validate training content
  • Support coordination and execution of training delivery
