Job description

The Training Specialist-International Operations & Training supports the development,hand offand continuous improvement of training programs, operational standards, and learning resources across multiple international brands. This role partners closely with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, andinternationalteams to ensure training materials and operational procedures are effective, scalable, and executable in diverse global markets.
The ideal candidate is passionate about learning and development, enjoys both creative and operational work.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, developmentand maintenance of training programs, curriculum, job aids, and learning resources across multiple international brands.

  • Assistin the adaptation of training content to meet regional, cultural, and operational needs across international markets.

  • Partner with Operations, Culinary, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to support new product launches, process changes, and operational initiatives.

  • Maintain training documentation, operational standards, and learning resources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibilitythroughout all learning platforms.

  • Support the development, testing, validation, and documentation of operational procedures and standards.

  • Partner withCulinaryteam during product testing and operationalization activities to ensure procedures are executable and effectively translated into training materials.

  • Assistin translating operational processes into clear, user-friendly training materials and documentation.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance learner engagement, operational performance, and franchisee support.

  • Support project timelines, communications, and coordination for international training initiatives.

Requirements:

Minimum:Bachelor's degree in education, Training & Development, Hospitality, Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 0-2 years of professional experience.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • 1-3 years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, training, or operations environments.

  • Experience working in a restaurant or kitchen environment.

  • Experience creating presentations, training materials, job aids, or learning resources.

  • Experience supporting product rollouts, operational testing, process documentation, or training initiatives.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or supporting multi-unit operations.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, OR ABILITIES

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word,Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Ability toobserveoperational processes andidentifyopportunities to improve execution and training effectiveness.

  • Comfortable working in both office and restaurant environments, including kitchen and production areas.

  • Ability to translate operational processes into clear and effective training resources.
