The Siemens Graduate Program (SGP) is a global initiative designed to fast-track recent graduates into leadership and expert roles within Siemens. As a trainee, you participate in a structured rotation program across various departments and locations, gaining hands-on experience in different aspects of the business. The program typically lasts two years and includes international assignments, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to prepare you for a successful career at Siemens.

What kinds of projects and rotations can a participant expect during the Siemens Graduate Program, and how do these experiences support career development?

As a participant in the Siemens Graduate Program, you will typically rotate through several departments and work on a variety of projects ranging from engineering and digitalization to business management. Each rotation is designed to provide hands-on experience and expose you to different aspects of Siemens’ operations, allowing you to build a broad skill set and a network across the company. These experiences are structured to support your professional growth, helping you identify your interests and strengths while giving you visibility among senior leaders. The program also offers mentorship, structured feedback, and training sessions to further enhance your development and prepare you for future leadership roles within Siemens.
