  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, use case development, and PEGA Business Architecture within Agile, enterprise software environments.
  • Experience in gathering, documenting, and managing requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, testing, deployment, and training materials.
  • Experience in translating business needs into technical solutions while collaborating with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
  • Experience in participating in Agile ceremonies, supporting process improvement, change management, testing, and user training.
