D3 Search is actively seeking a Junior Trainee Paralegal on behalf of a boutique entertainment transactional law practice with a long-standing office situated in West Los Angeles.

Employment Status:

Full-time/direct-hire employment opportunity. Non-exempt role. (OT in accordance w/ CA laws).


Employer Work Model:

Hybrid 3 onsite/2 remote work model.


Summary๐Ÿ“’:

D3 is actively assisting a boutique entertainment transactions law practice located in West Los Angeles in their talent search for a Junior Trainee Paralegal.


This is a full-time/direct-hire position paying up to 75K~DOE/DOQ and offering a comprehensive health benefits package.


The law firm is seeking a prospective candidate who has an interest in pursuing a career as a paralegal, particularly in entertainment transactions or music law.


Key Responsibilities๐Ÿ—:

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing basic agreements and legal documents under attorney supervision
  • Help prepare touring, recording, and vendor-related paperwork
  • Assist with correspondence, research, and file organization
  • Communicate with clients and third parties as directed


Qualifications๐Ÿ’ก:

  • Interest in pursuing a career as a paralegal, particularly in entertainment or music law
  • BA/BS degree required.
  • Some coursework, certification, or training in paralegal studies or a related field preferred (but not required)
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn legal documents and procedures
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks with guidance
  • Comfortable working with attorneys, clients, and staff in a professional setting
  • Reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions carefully
  • Prior office, legal assistant, internship, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
  • Interest in music or the entertainment industry is helpful, but not mandatory


Annual Salary๐Ÿ’ต/Comp.๐Ÿ’ฐ & Benefits:

Starting salary range is 65K to 75K~DOQ, plus a robust & comprehensive benefits package, generous PTO, 401K, paid parking (onsite), hybrid 3/2work model, annual review/raise, yearly lucrative bonus, and many other notable employee-centered perks, etc.
