What you’ll do
- Provide on-the-job training, targeted skills instruction, and formal classroom teaching within assembly and production environments.
- Design, develop, and implement new training programs aligned to operational needs.
- Introduce updated manufacturing processes and work sequences; coach teams through adoption.
- Own training rosters, examinations, and certification records; ensure documentation integrity.
- Monitor trainee progression and recommend next-step development.

Minimum qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 years of additional education and/or relevant experience
Technical profile
- Marine electrical experience, including:
- Absence of Voltage (AOV)
- Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)
- Arc Flash
- Proficiency in marine electrician safety procedures and best practices
- Ability to flex to different shifts as business needs change
