Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & Inspire Teams: Manage clinical and administrative staff to ensure top-tier patient care and customer service
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Implement strategies to achieve budget goals and key performance indicators
  • Develop Strategic Vision: Set and communicate annual goals aligned with Piedmont Urgent Care's mission and objectives
  • Ensure Compliance & Quality: Partner with clinical leadership to uphold regulatory and patient care standards
  • Manage Staffing & Development: Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and team growth initiatives
  • Monitor Inventory & Resources: Ensure adequate medical supplies and equipment availability
  • Support Local Growth: Collaborate with marketing teams to increase center visibility and patient volume
  • Foster a Positive Culture: Uphold Piedmont Urgent Care's core values of kindness, excellence, empowerment, resilience, and proactive service
  • Travel as Needed: Support staffing and operational needs by traveling to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as required

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of leadership experience (healthcare, hospitality, or retail management preferred)
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare operations, insurance processes, and coding (ICD-9, CPT) is helpful but not required
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment
  • Technical Skills: Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, EPIC preferred
  • Flexibility: Ability to travel to other Piedmont Urgent Care locations as needed
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A proactive approach to delivering an exceptional patient experience
