Job description

Additive manufacturing is rewriting the rules of global readiness, and Phillips Corporation's Federal Division stands at the absolute vanguard of this industrial revolution. We are seeking a visionary retired or soon to be retired military officer (O-6 or higher) to be the catalyst for our next era of growth as the premier Federal Additive Manufacturing (AM) partner of choice. In this high-influence arena, you will transcend traditional sales cycles to become the ultimate ambassador of our capabilities, forging unbreakable alliances with key federal service coalitions and tier-one OEM partners. By projecting our innovative mastery into the national spotlight-including elite forums like America Makes and other federal manufacturing initiatives-you will actively write the blueprint for the future of federal manufacturing sovereignty.
As our strategic vanguard, you will seamlessly translate corporate vision into decisive, market-disrupting action, steering the trajectory of our entire Federal Additive portfolio. Your day-to-day will be a masterclass in strategic precision; you will evaluate pursuits with clear, data-driven Go/No-Go leadership, ensuring our high-octane technical assets are unleashed only on the most critical, high-yield missions. By commanding and coordinating elite cross-disciplinary technical teams, you will transform complex engineering capabilities into compelling white papers, elite executive briefings, and high-impact presentations that capture the imagination of federal decision-makers. This is a role of profound synergy, where you will unite diverse internal performance centers to pursue massive, cross-division initiatives with singular momentum and flawless clarity.
Success in this role is defined not by incremental gains, but by systemic market transformation. You will build an unmatched foundation of trust with OEMs, ensuring Phillips remains their first and only call for mission-critical federal integrations. By maintaining an eagle-eye, strategic view of our entire program landscape, you will mitigate risks, optimize performance, and keep our executive leadership team locked in on a high-confidence pipeline of breakthrough opportunities. If you are ready to wield immense organizational influence, command complex technical strategies, and lead the nation's shift toward advanced manufacturing sovereignty, your next legacy begins here.
Phillips offers a world-beating collaborative culture and competitive pay and benefits. In our 65 year history, Phillips has grown from a handful of employees to over 900 supplying and supporting manufacturing technology in the United States and around the world. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities. If you have a different suggestion, please mention it in your application.
Phillips Corporation is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, color, religion, national origin, disability, protected Veteran status, age, or any other characteristic protected by law. Phillips Corporation is an E-Verify participant.
