Job description


We are very pleased to announce that Ragle Inc. is now looking for a highly motivated, hardworking Traffic Control Laborers who are interested in working for a young company with great advancement opportunities. Our DFW Division is seeking team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented individuals who are looking for new learning experiences, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success.
Pay: $18.00-21.00/hr depending on experience.
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX. Location depends on project needs
Hours: Nights, weekends, days. Must be flexible to work any shift. Overtime available.
Job Description:
  • Discusses traffic routing plans, and type and location of control points with superior.
  • Distributes traffic control signs and markers along site in designated pattern.
  • Directs movement of traffic through site, using sign, hand, and flag signals.
  • Warns construction workers when approaching vehicle fails to heed signals to prevent accident and injury to workers.
  • Informs drivers of detour routes through construction sites.
  • Records license number of traffic control violators for police.
  • Gives hand marker to last driver in line up of one-way traffic for Flagger at opposite end of site, signaling clearance for reverse flow of traffic

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid driving license
  • Must be able to pass background and drug test
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to work day, night, or weekend shift
  • Must be comfortable operating a company vehicle
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Prior traffic control experience preferred, not required
