  • $50k-$150k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)

What You'll Do
You'll be the expert homeowners rely on for safe, high-quality generator installations:
  • Install home standby generators (20kW-150kW)
  • Install transfer switches (100A-800A)
  • Set up load-shedding & power-management modules
  • Complete control wiring & low-voltage connections
  • Install or upgrade electrical panels
  • Perform electrical service upgrades
  • Run conduit, wiring, and all components needed for safe, efficient installs

You'll have the tools, support, and autonomy to do the job right.
What You Bring
We're looking for skilled trades pros who take pride in their work:
  • 2-5 years of electrical experience
  • Strong communication skills - professional, polite, and customer-focused
  • Solid understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
  • Experience working with residential customers (a plus)
  • Journeyman Electrician license (a plus)
