We are looking for a talented Technical Pre-Sales & Product Specialist to join our global team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and working directly with clients. You will learn how enterprise software products are used by some of the world\'s leading financial institutions and help demonstrate, explain, and support Esprow\'s solutions throughout the client journey.
This is a highly technical role combining client interaction with deep exposure to enterprise software, APIs, testing, certification, financial messaging, and trading systems. We are looking for a strong technical mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to quickly learn complex systems. Through training, mentorship, and hands-on work, you will build expertise in financial messaging, trading workflows, and modern electronic market technologies.
The role provides broad exposure across product, engineering, quality assurance, solution consulting, and client-facing activities. As your experience grows, you may have opportunities to develop deeper expertise across different technical and business disciplines within the company.
Position Responsibilities
-    Support and gradually take ownership of product demonstrations for prospective and existing clients across capital markets organizations.
-    Learn and understand clients’ trading environments, workflows, technical architectures, and integration challenges in order to position Esprow’s solutions effectively.
-    Conduct technical presentations, workshops, webinars, onboarding sessions, and client training activities.
-    Explain complex protocol-level and trading-system concepts in a clear, concise, and professional manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-    Collaborate closely with Sales teams during enterprise sales cycles, proof-of-concept activities, product evaluations, and technical discussions.
-    Support client evaluation and onboarding activities by helping clients understand how Esprow’s solutions fit within their infrastructure and operational workflows.
-    Maintain and continuously improve demonstration environments, test scenarios, datasets, and supporting presentation materials.
-    Work with Product, QA, and Engineering teams to provide feedback from client discussions and help improve product usability and technical positioning.
-    Contribute to technical marketing activities including webinars, presentations, technical articles, conference participation, and educational materials where required.
-    Assist with the preparation of technical documentation, product communication materials, and solution-oriented client content.
-    Stay up to date with developments in software technology, APIs, testing methodologies, financial messaging, and capital markets infrastructure.
