Trademark Associate Attorney

Experience: 4–7 years

Direct Counsel is seeking a Trademark Associate Attorney with 4–7 years of experience representing large brand owners to join the Trademark and Advertising practice of a leading Am Law 100 firm. This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with sophisticated trademark experience who is looking to work with nationally and internationally recognized brands on complex intellectual property and advertising matters.

Position Highlights
  • 4–7 years of substantive trademark experience, preferably representing large brand owners

  • Prior experience in a large law firm setting preferred
