In the trade show industry, every deadline matters, every detail counts, and when the show floor opens, everything must be ready. Greenspace is seeking an experienced Trade Show Project Manager to lead custom exhibit projects from concept through post-show completion.

This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, anticipates challenges before they arise, and delivers exceptional client experiences throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Trade Show Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with clients, account executives, designers, production teams, warehouse personnel, logistics partners, and installation crews to ensure every exhibit is delivered on time, on budget, and ready for success.

If you enjoy taking ownership, building strong relationships, and seeing your work come to life on the show floor, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee projects from contract award through post-show wrap-up, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.

Project Management & Client Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client expectations.
  • Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead post-show reviews and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Project Coordination & Execution

  • Coordinate production, graphics, freight, labor, and installation schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with general contractor requirements and critical show deadlines.
  • Partner closely with design, detailing, fabrication, warehouse, and field teams to support successful project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.

Resource & Schedule Management

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget objectives.
  • Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Support onsite event execution as needed, ensuring all project elements are delivered according to plan.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of trade show project management experience, including client-facing responsibilities and onsite show execution.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed, including out-of-state travel and occasional evening or weekend work during event setup and execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing custom trade show exhibits, scenic environments, or event productions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
