Position Description:

Infinite Electronics is seeking a Business Development Manager. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through the development and expansion of strategic customer relationships across edge, hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, colocation, enterprise, and emerging edge data center markets.

This role serves as the primary commercial lead for a targeted portfolio of strategic accounts, identifying customer challenges and aligning Infinite Electronics' connectivity, interconnect, and infrastructure solutions to meet business and technical objectives. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with solution architects, engineering teams, product management, and executive stakeholders to develop account strategies that maximize customer value and accelerate revenue growth.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned customers and prospects.
  • Build relationships with executive, procurement, engineering, operations, and technical decision-makers.
  • Identify opportunities to expand wallet share through integrated solution selling.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop customer-specific solutions that address business and operational challenges.
  • Drive the full sales lifecycle from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and close.
  • Maintain accurate account forecasts, opportunity pipelines, and revenue projections.
  • Develop deep understanding of customer roadmaps, investment priorities, and growth initiatives.
  • Represent Infinite Electronics during customer meetings, executive briefings, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging technologies within the data center ecosystem.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, profitability, and customer growth objectives.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience selling complex technical solutions within data center, telecommunications, networking, infrastructure, or technology markets.
  • Proven success managing strategic enterprise accounts and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience working with hyperscale, cloud, AI infrastructure, enterprise, or colocation customers.
  • Strong understanding of connectivity, networking, fiber optics, and data center infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • Experience selling integrated infrastructure solutions.
  • Experience supporting global accounts and multi-site deployments.
  • Knowledge of AI infrastructure, optical networking, and high-speed interconnect technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and strategic account planning methodologies.
