Project Management - Project Coordinator III
Location: Redmond, Washington (Onsite)
COMPENSATION: $41 - $51 HOURLY
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support our program managers, technical leads, and engineers. This role involves organizing workstreams, documenting plans, and tracking the progress of prototype builds and deliverables. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, external partners, and finance departments to ensure project milestones are met.
Key Responsibilities
  • Work with program managers, technical leads, and engineers to organize workstreams.
  • Assist the engineering team with the documentation of plans and development progress.
  • Use Jira for engineering development tracking.
  • Manage international shipping, receiving, and logistics, with a preference for experience in Asia.
  • Track task progress, collect information, and organize presentations and dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate tasks with external partners and track progress of Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Collaborate with finance and purchasing to onboard suppliers, obtain quotes, place orders, and track deliveries.
  • Update internal website information and maintain meeting notes.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience in international shipping, logistics, and receiving.
  • Proficiency with Jira for engineering development.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Ability to handle complex and uncertain program schedules.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on monitoring progress, collecting data, and tracking actions.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks and work with several suppliers daily.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience constructing work breakdown structures for schedules and resource planning.
