Administrative Office Manager
Watermark Risk Management is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Administrative Office Manager to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), Criminal Justice Information Center (AFCJIC), serving as the central onsite focal point for daily activities and organizational coordination. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise in managing complex administrative operations, coordinating executive-level schedules and events, maintaining accountability of government resources, and utilizing enterprise tools such as task management systems, SharePoint, and training platforms.
This position supports the AFCJIC in administrative operations, program management, and organizational coordination, serving as the primary onsite focal point for daily activities and ensuring effective execution of mission requirements. The role focuses on managing key administrative programs such as equipment accountability, overseeing calendars, email distribution, task tracking, personnel onboarding and training compliance. Additionally, this position provides direct support to leadership on administrative oversight and performance functions. This position supports the Air Force Criminal Justice Information Center. This position is contingent upon a successful contract award.
In this role you will...
  • Serve as the primary administrative focal point for AFCJIC, managing daily office operations and ensuring efficient execution of organizational activities.
  • Manage and oversee administrative programs, including equipment accountability, security process, office supply lifecycle, and government furnished equipment tracking and coordination.
  • Coordinate executive-level calendars, email management, and complex scheduling, including deconfliction of appointments and management of conference room resources.
  • Utilize task management systems (e.g., TMT) to receive, assign, and monitor tasks, ensuring timely completion, accountability, and visibility across the organization.
  • Facilitate onboarding and other personnel support functions, including processing access requests (SAARs) and tracking training compliance via JKO.
  • Plan, coordinate and support meetings and events, including logistics, agenda development, minute-taking, and execution of recognition and team building activities.
  • Maintain organizational digital platforms and documentation, including SharePoint, MS Teams, project tracking tools, reports, and administrative SOPs, while supporting leadership with correspondence, presentations, and process improvements.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience conducting administrative support functions in a government, military, or corporate setting.
  • Demonstrated experience managing office programs, calendars, task tracking, and supply/equipment management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
  • Experience with task management systems (e.g., TMT or similar).
  • Familiarity with processing access requests (e.g., SAARs) and tracking training (e.g., JKO or LMS systems).
Education Requirements:
  • Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Active Secret clearance.

  • Reports to a physical location and requires the ability to traverse between buildings
  • 10%-25% Travel Required
  • May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
  • Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
