What is a tracking controller?

Tracking Controllers are professionals responsible for monitoring and managing the movement of goods, vehicles, or shipments within a supply chain or transportation network. Their main tasks include tracking the progress of deliveries, updating records, coordinating with drivers or logistics teams, and ensuring that shipments arrive on time and in good condition.
