Job Description: Great Lakes Toyota/Subaru is currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our sales team!! As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our company, working directly with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions. Your primary goal is to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the overall success of our company!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Understand customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Present and explain the features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries.
  • Guide customers through the sales process, including pricing, payment options, and any available promotions.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales while addressing customer objections.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up with potential clients.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to achieve sales targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
