Inside Sales Representative
MAGNET: The Manufacturing Advocacy and Growth Network is seeking a part-time Inside Sales Representative to help connect Northeast Ohio manufacturers with our consulting services focused on growth, operations, and innovation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys starting conversations, building relationships, and learning about local businesses.
Responsibilities:
  • Reconnect with past clients and existing contacts
  • Conduct outbound outreach to prospective manufacturing clients via email and LinkedIn with follow-up phone calls
  • Educate local manufacturers on MAGNET’s full suite of consulting services
  • Identify potential business challenges and areas of need
  • Schedule meetings for MAGNET’s business development directors
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
