- Collaborate directly with Service Advisors to ensure clear communication with customers regarding additional services.
- Provide accurate time estimates for repairs and maintenance.

- 5+ years of Service Technician experience preferred.
- ASE Certification preferred.
- A-level skills, including Diagnostics, Electrical, and Engine Repair.
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle technology.

- Basic computer proficiency.
- Friendly, professional demeanor.
