Ed Martin Toyota is hiring for our Parts department. As the Parts Counter / Online Sales Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact between customers and our Parts Department. We're looking for candidates with previous retail or online sales experience in a dealership environment. To excel in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, a flexible and adaptable approach, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Check online orders daily, reviewing orders for accuracy.
  • Look up parts and process internal order to secure parts for fulfillment.
  • Prepare and ship all orders in a timely manner.
  • Serve as backup to handle incoming phone calls related to online orders.
  • Process returns as necessary.
  • Serve as backup to photograph parts and upload photos to our online store.
  • Understand and efficiently control parts inventory.
  • Keep workspace in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Communicate any potential issues fulfilling orders with immediate supervisor.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
