Job Description
ACD Distribution, a leader in the hobby, game and toy industry has an opening for a Customer Onboarding Specialist in Middleton, WI. If you enjoy working with people, strive for results and customer satisfaction then ACD is your employer of choice!
The Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for processing customer applications from start to finish and providing support and guidance to potential customers.
Overall Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the customer onboarding experience as the main point of contact for applications, inquiries and issues providing timely response.
  • Establish and maintain a courteous and professional relationship with ACD Customers.
  • Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure the success of applicant's onboarding process.
  • Make process enhancement requests based on customer feedback.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Prior customer service preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and capability to work independently with little direction
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Base rate: $18.00 per hour
