- Utilize our platform to optimize routes, manage schedules, and track performance.
- Operate and manage transportation services effectively.
- Ensure timely delivery and exceptional service quality.
- Respond promptly to dispatch calls.
- Safely load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment and transport vehicles to designated locations.
- Provide roadside assistance services such as jump-starts, tire changes, and lockout services.
- Communicate clearly and courteously with clients, assist customers in understanding the towing process, handle their concerns professionally, and provide excellent customer service.
- Regularly inspect and maintain the tow truck to ensure it is in safe and operational condition and complete all required paperwork accurately,
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the tow truck.
- Proven experience as a fleet manager, operator, or related role in the transportation industry.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanics and towing equipment, excellent driving skills with a clean driving record, a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements for towing operations, and certification in towing and recovery (optional but preferred).
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and vehicles, ability to work in various weather conditions and at different times of the day or night.
- Must own and maintain a reliable and fully operational tow truck, ideally less than ten (10) years old.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and provide high-quality customer service, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of GPS and navigation tools, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
