Overview

Who says you can't play games at work? Parkwest Casino is bringing a fresh face to the casino industry. To help aid in the creation of this new casino culture, Parkwest Casino is looking to hire Tournament Dealers. 

Tournament Dealer deals Tournament games in the Poker Section.  Experience dealing Hold Em, 7 Card Stud, Mexican poker and Omaha.

Responsibilities
  • Scrambles shuffles and pitches cards in the manner prescribed in the Poker Dealer Handbook.
  • Supervises the betting action and enforces Casino rules.
  • Assists players in the reading of hands and payoffs of the winning hands. Controls player disputes.
  • Provides game instruction to new players.
  • Follows directions of the Tournament Director or Floor personnel.
  • Must be available to work any shift, weekends, holidays and overtime when needed.
  • Other job-related duties as assigned.
  • We'll help you achieve this by providing an environment for you to excel in while enhancing your knowledge of the table games.

  • Qualifications
    • Must be 21 plus years of age.
    • Previous experience dealing Tournaments and Poker Games preferred.
    • Graduation from a qualified dealer school will be accepted in lieu of experience.
    • Open availability to work any shift, weekend and holidays.  
    • Must be able to obtain and maintain a current California gambling establishment employee permit, badge or license.
    • Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
    • Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test, criminal background and credit check.
