Job description

The Atlanta Falcons are looking for talented, outgoing, energetic, and positive individuals to enhance the fan experience through entertainment and engagement. As a member of the Atlanta Falcons Energy Squad, you'll be responsible for engaging and entertaining our guests as they experience all that Mercedes-Benz Stadium has to offer!
Note: Applicants must be available to attend in-person auditions in Atlanta, GA, on Sunday, March 1, 2026.
Invitations and audition details will be sent to selected applicants during the hiring process.
Core Functions
  • Create a fun, loud, and positive atmosphere before, during, and after all Falcons home games and select events.
  • Enhance the fan experience through giveaways, surprise-and-delight moments, small-group entertainment, signage, and other props.
  • Lead fans in chants and contests to create enthusiastic energy throughout the stadium.
  • Engage with fans across various fan experience zones, including the Home Depot Backyard, Front Porch, Dirty Birds Nest Tailgate, and stadium concourses.
  • Shoot and throw t-shirts to fans during in-game breaks.
  • Roll and prep t-shirts neatly and consistently for game day throws, events, and promotions.
  • Assist with game day setup - including organizing storage, preparing giveaways, and prepping props before doors open.
  • Support fan activations by operating and assisting with interactive game day experiences to ensure a smooth and engaging fan flow.
  • Serve as a game day liaison for external guests, assisting with credentialing and navigation throughout the stadium.
  • Execute on-field promotions and activations as scripted.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • High-energy, outgoing, and engaging personality.
  • Fun and unique talents or skills preferred (but not required).
  • Ability to work all Atlanta Falcons home games (report time: 5 hours prior to kickoff; dismissal: 1 hour post-game).
  • Must be available for a minimum of 8 games during the season.
  • Previous promotions and event experience preferred.
  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset.
  • Knowledgeable about the Atlanta Falcons and the NFL.
  • Reliable with the ability to maintain schedules and communicate availability.
  • Punctual, professional, and mature demeanor.
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Must have reliable transportation to Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
  • Must be available for scheduled orientations and rehearsals.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must be a resident of Georgia to be eligible for hire.
