What You'll Do
The Leasing Consultant provides information, onsite tours of the community, with the intent to lease apartments to prospective residents; provides customer service to existing residents to make a positive impact for the property.
Your day-to-day may include:
  • Actively participate in leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy.
  • Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and have current knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
  • Courteously process resident communications including service requests, entering the request into Yardi and communicate the request to the Service Team.
  • Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always conforming to Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements
What You Bring
  • 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
  • Basic math skills required.
  • Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office, (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

The expected compensation range for this position is $20.00- $23.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
