Faith Health is seeking a detail-oriented and service-focused Total Rewards Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is responsible for administering employee benefits programs, supporting compensation initiatives, maintaining HR data, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and delivering exceptional support to employees and leaders.
Key Responsibilities
• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, and supplemental benefits.
• Manage benefit enrollments, life events, claims, and employee inquiries.
• Support compensation programs, salary benchmarking, and market reviews.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.
• Assist with compliance, audits, and total rewards analytics.
• Develop employee communications and education related to benefits and total rewards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred.
• Five years of HR, benefits, compensation, or total rewards experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with HR systems, spreadsheets, and data analysis.
