TOTAL REWARDS - APPRENTICESHIP OF 1 YEAR
STARTING SEPTEMBER 2026

Join the excellent Total Rewards team of Coty, one of the world’s largest beauty companies, to upscale your HR skills and expertise  in the Compensation&Benefits field.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

As the Total Rewards Intern, you will support the Global Reward team in the execution, reporting, and communication of compensation, benefits, executive reward, and mobility programs. This internship provides handson exposure to global reward processes, data analysis, and governance in an international environment, in the main focus: 

Your main focus will be:  

  • Compensation & Benefits 

Support global job grading, salary surveys, merit cycles, pay transparency reporting, and salary range management 

Contribute to global benefits initiatives and employee communications 

  • Executive Compensation & LTIP 

Assist with executive compensation materials, benchmarking, trackers, and governance documentation 

Support LTIP eligibility tracking, reporting, data validation, and employee communication materials 

  • International Mobility 

Support international assignment packages, relocation followup, documentation, and mobility KPIs 

  • Communication & Enablement 

Maintain the Reward portal, update policies and brochures, support dashboards, education sessions, and AIenabled reward solutions 

  • Reporting & Coordination 

Support recurring reward reporting cycles and maintain trackers for retention, salary adjustments, and ad hoc initiatives 

Provide project coordination across global reward priorities

You like working with various stakeholders, experienced the beauty industry, have a strong ability to prioritize and manage a wide range of topics and you get energy from working in a fast-paced, diverse and international environment. Other than that: 
 
 

  • Preparing a Master degree in HR/business, you have ideally already some experience in the beauty industry  

  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and project management capabilities  

  • Agility/ flexibility – being able to navigate through a complex environment without strict & defined rules and be able to be creative/proactive to find innovative solutions & work out of the scope.  

  • Team spirit oriented / Very good communication skills (oral & written)  

  • Confidentiality needed 

  • Excel needed 

  • English is a must
