Position Overview

We're looking for a Director of Total Rewards to lead our global rewards strategy by building programs that are market-competitive, scalable, and aligned to the needs of a growing business. In this role, you'll partner across the organization to ensure our compensation, benefits, and well-being offerings attract, retain, and motivate exceptional talent. This leadership role combines vision, execution, and operational field, with the opportunity to influence how Stanley 1913 rewards performance and supports employees across a global organization. What You'll Do
  • Implement a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy aligned with business priorities, growth, talent attraction, and retention.
  • Own compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, job architecture, salary structures, and annual compensation planning (e.g. merit, bonus, etc.).
  • Lead all aspects of global employee benefits and well-being programs ensuring offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and responsive to employee needs.
  • Partner with critical team members on compensation budgeting, workforce planning, incentive design, and rewards decisions-making.
  • Apply a market-informed, data-driven approach to rewards through external benchmarking, analytics, and actionable insights.
  • Strengthening global governance and compliance across reward programs.
  • Lead simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across processes, tools and technology.
  • Own end-to-end Total Rewards system, analytics and reporting infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and delivering timely, actionable insights to leadership on pay equity, program effectiveness, and return on investment
What You Bring
  • 10+ years of progressive Total Rewards experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Deep expertise in compensation programs, incentives, global benefits, and the technology to support.
  • Experience leading Total Rewards within a global organization.
  • Strong business insight with the ability to translate business strategy into people programs.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using market data, workforce analytics and technology applications.
  • Solid understanding of global compensation regulations and pay transparency requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or Certified Compensation
  • Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
