Tech Lead
Role Overview
We are seeking a Tech Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and owning the quality assurance strategy across all project milestones. This role involves leading testing efforts, managing test automation, and reporting on QA metrics to ensure the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in all M1 KT sessions and lead the 76-form complexity classification.
  • Design and own the QA strategy, including unit testing, integration testing, regression, and UAT frameworks.
  • Build and maintain the Tosca test automation suite (AS1 and AS2) for all form-based workflows.
  • Coordinate with the Performance Engineer on load testing schedules.
  • Own the Accessibility Testing coordination with the CPACC-certified Accessibility Specialist.
  • Serve as the UAT lead, managing stakeholder test execution and defect triage.
  • Maintain the QA artifact repository in Azure DevOps throughout the engagement.
  • Report QA metrics and milestone test completion status to project leadership on a weekly basis.
