Job description

Warehouse Team Member - Inventory, 2nd Shift
Do you love spotting the details others miss and getting that satisfying moment when everything "clicks" into place? We're seeking an Inventory Team Member to play a hands-on role in managing and protecting millions of dollars in products while building valuable, real-world experience. You'll work alongside teams across Torani to ensure inventory accuracy, conduct counts of finished goods and raw materials, and help keep operations running smoothly from production through to customer delivery.
This is more than just counting-you'll gain exposure to the full warehouse operation, including receiving, picking, shipping, and custom packaging, while developing problem-solving skills that make a real impact. As you grow, you'll help investigate discrepancies, contribute to process improvements, and become a trusted go-to for keeping everything accurate and efficient. If you're curious, detail-driven, and excited to learn, this is a great place to start and grow your career.
Why You'll Love Working Here: At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks - we flavor lives. We're a Certified B Corporation committed to shared success, and that means everyone here plays a meaningful role. You'll be empowered to grow, try new things, and help others thrive.
Success Factors (First 12-24 Months):
  • Inventory Discrepancy Blood Hound: Warehouse inventory is moving FAST! You understand how we move items throughout the warehouse physically and systematically utilizing the existing warehouse operating system. Understanding the concept of oldest inventory ships out first; (first-expired-first out=FEFO, first in first out for raw materials FIFO) is your cornerstone philosophy. To keep the "freshest" warehouse possible, you monitor and identify short shelf life, expired, and slow-moving inventory to reduce product loss. You take ownership of mock recalls and product withdrawals, with the ability to systematically follow identified product lot codes and transactions. To monitor the performance of these activities, you track and report inventory metrics. You are the first level of support when inventory questions arise!
  • Standards and Training: You can provide "the Why behind the What" when training team members on proper inventory operating procedures, and you always check and verify for understanding. You are comfortable in presenting training materials and have the required patience to ensure the message is received accurately and efectively.
  • Crazy for Counting: The more we count and train the better we get. Therefore, you maintain the cycle count schedule that monitors the health of lot/item/location integrity and prioritize the issues causing inventory discrepancies. You identify and investigate allinventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis. You play a vital role in physical inventory preparation via the cycle count program and the accurate execution of all processes.
  • Safety/Food Safety: The warehouse is OUR house, and you know safety is a priority for all of us. You help ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, internal safety regulations and maintain a safe, clean work environment. You are part of a team that owns a zone of responsibility as well as the completion of a corresponding daily checklist. By playing your part, you've become proficient in the company's GMP and Food Safety policies to ensure we remain consistent with all safety requirements. Not only do you have a safety-first mindset, but you are also comfortable in keeping your fellow team members safe as well. All safety hazards are reported and or fixed immediately.
  • Have Fun: You find ways to make the work feel good - celebrating small wins, sharing good vibes, and keeping things upbeat.

What You'll Bring:
  • Experience with large ERP system, preferably Oracle
  • Experience in making reports from Excel
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • M-F, 1 pm - 9 pm, plus overtime as needed
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours
  • Eligible for $1.00 shift differential

Payrate: $24.70 /hour
