Job description

Sanitation Team Member - Sauce, 3rd Shift
We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented team player to join our Sanitation team and help keep Torani's Production running safely and smoothly. This isn't your average cleaning role-our sanitation team ensures that every surface, piece of equipment, and production area is cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use in food manufacturing. Your work is essential to maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and consistency.
You take pride in knowing that your precision and care help produce world-class flavors enjoyed around the world. Working closely with teammates across Sanitation, Production, and Quality Assurance, you'll follow established sanitation and cleaning in place (CIP) procedures, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly to keep everyone aligned. If you're safety-focused, committed to excellence, and love being part of a team that keeps everything running, we can't wait to meet you!
Why You'll Love Working at Torani: At Torani, we flavor more than just drinks - we flavor lives. As a proud Certified B Corporation, we're committed to using business as a force for good. You'll be part of a team that leads with heart, lifts each other up, and works together to build something bigger. We're growing fast, and we want people who grow with us, people who lead with purpose, learn with curiosity, and love what they do.
Success Factors (First 12-18 months)
  • Sanitation Expert: You've built a strong understanding of sanitation practices and apply them with consistency and care. You know how every cleaning step-from CIP to surface sanitizing-supports food safety and product quality. You confidently use HMIs to run sanitation tasks, monitor system performance, and enter accurate data during CIP cycles. You spot abnormalities quickly and take the right corrective actions to keep operations safe, efficient, and on track. You complete each task with precision, take ownership of your work, and maintain the high standards that keep our operations running smoothly and audit-ready every day.
  • Safety First: You make safety a priority in everything you do. You follow all PPE and lockout/tagout procedures and handle sanitation chemicals and equipment with care and confidence. You help identify and address potential hazards before they become issues and encourage others to do the same. Your attention to detail keeps the workspace clean, organized, and safe for everyone who enters it.
  • Clear Communicator: You keep your team and leaders informed through clear, accurate communication. Whether updating sanitation logs, sharing task progress, or reporting an issue, your communication is timely and professional. You know that good recordkeeping and clear updates help us stay audit-ready, efficient, and aligned as a team.
  • Reliability & Teamwork: Your teammates can always count on you to show up, follow through, and give your best effort. You collaborate easily with others, lending a hand when needed and celebrating shared successes. You understand how your role connects to the larger production process and take pride in being a trusted, dependable part of the team.
  • Continuous Improvement: You're curious about how things work and look for small ways to make our sanitation process better every day. You share ideas to improve cleaning routines, reduce downtime, and make tasks safer and more efficient. By learning from others and helping your team do the same, you contribute to a culture of problem-solving and continuous learning that keeps our operations strong.
  • You Make Work More Fun: Whether it's your attitude, humor, or energy - you bring a little extra brightness to every day.
What You'll Bring
  • Prior experience working in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
  • M-F, 3rd Shift: 9:00PM - 5:30AM, plus overtime as needed
  • Eligible for $1.50 shift differential
  • Lift up to 50 lbs
  • Stand, walk, bend, twist for up to 8 hours.

Payrate: $24.10/ hour
