Role Summary
Creator-led acquisition is one of the highest-leverage growth channels at Fanatics Collect, and this role plays a critical part in scaling that engine. As Lead, Creator Partnerships, you will own the execution and performance of creator partnerships and affiliate programs across Fanatics Collect and Topps.com.
As a senior individual contributor, you will manage creator and partner relationships, drive end-to-end campaign execution, and deliver measurable acquisition outcomes. You will work cross-functionally to translate insights into action, optimize program performance, and integrate creator strategies into broader growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a roster of hobby-native and mainstream creators across sports cards and TCG
  • Develop campaign briefs, creative direction, and performance expectations for creator activations
  • Own day-to-day creator communications, deliverables tracking, and performance reporting
  • Manage and scale affiliate programs (e.g., Impact.com) for Fanatics Collect and Topps.com
  • Build and maintain relationships with partners across the collectibles ecosystem and beyond
  • Execute campaigns aligned to growth priorities, product launches, and key events
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for efficiency, incrementality, and ROI
  • Partner cross-functionally with Growth, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to align on execution
  • Track KPIs across creator and affiliate channels, and build reporting to communicate insights
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve program strategy and performance

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 5-7+ years of experience in growth marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development within e-commerce or digital platforms
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling creator or partner programs with measurable business impact
  • Experience with performance-based affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact.com, AppsFlyer)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights
  • Experience managing external relationships including creators, partners, and agencies
  • Excellent communication skills, including briefing, stakeholder management, and presentation
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred experience in live commerce, social commerce, or creator-driven platforms
  • Preferred familiarity with sports cards, trading card games (TCG), or collectibles
