Castle Biosciences Inc. is growing, and we are looking to hire a full-time Clinical Services, Resolution Support Specialist working from our Phoenix, AZ office location, with a start date of September 16, 2026.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Resolution Support Specialist

The Resolution Support Specialist supports Client Services and Problem Resolution workflows by completing basic, rule-based follow-up activities that help move orders, cases, and client requests forward. This role will spend the most time conducting outbound calls and approved written outreach to obtain missing information or documentation, completing first-level follow-up for insurance information, demographic discrepancies, spelling corrections, billing-related requests, documentation gaps, and standard order requirements, using approved scripts, templates, and follow-up cadences, and documenting outreach attempts, responses, next steps, and follow-up actions. This role gathers missing information, requests documentation, performs outbound follow-up, supports fax receipt confirmation, coordinates predefined follow-up activities, documents actions taken, and routes unclear items to the Team Lead or Supervisor.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service, administrative, healthcare support, or sales support experience preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
