Starting Wage: $21.93/hr.
Job Objective
Completes assembly operation on any product in a safe manner consistent with established work instructions, quality standards, and production schedules.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Receive and understand daily assignments from the Assembly Supervisor - TMM or Designee.
2. Restocks immediate workstation.
3. Puts defective material in red pans designated as such, after consulting with the Assembly Supervisor - TMM or Designee.
4. Accurately records daily production.
5. Maintains work area in a cleared and orderly condition.
6. Follows established housekeeping and safety standards.
7. Maintains a good attendance record.
8. Performs other duties as assigned.
9. This position supports the continual improvement and compliance of QMS and EMS.
10. Responsible to perform his or her job functions in a manner that supports TriMark's mission, vision and values in order for the company to attain its strategic and growth goals.
Skills, Abilities, and Experience Required
Ability to interpret blueprints, process sheets, job cards, and work instructions and procedures in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively with other employees on a regular basis.
Ability to measure and perform mathematical calculations.
Judgment Required
Determine the quality of components or finished parts in accordance with quality standards.
Recommend corrective action to improve the quality of production and product in assigned area.

Must be available to work overtime and weekends as required to meet the company's business demands.
Exposure to hazards of machine operations and irritants such as grease, lubricants, and coolant. The area is dry with seasonal variations in temperature. The noise level is 80-90. Uniform safety practices consist of safety shoes, safety glasses, hair short or tied back.
This area requires normal or corrected vision, normal depth perception and peripheral vision of 180 degrees and no color deficiency. Hearing protection is not required but is available.
