Brown County Abstract Company is looking for a Title Examiner to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys investigative work, problem-solving, and collaborating across departments to help ensure smooth and successful real estate transactions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accuracy, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.This position may work remotely but must be located in Texas.

What You'll Do
  • Search and examine assigned title files and related documentation
  • Review and proof title commitments for accuracy and completeness

  • Assist with plant data verification and base file maintenance as needed
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to support transaction flow and deadlines
What We're Looking For
  • Previous title examination experience required
  • Experience with RamQuest, Qualia, Title Data, and/or Data Trace preferred
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree a plus
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong customer service mindset with professional interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Team-oriented individual who is adaptable, dependable, and detail-focused
  • Ability to remain flexible and composed while managing changing priorities and demands
