About the Position

As an Office Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting dealership operations by ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all back-office processes. This position is responsible for processing in-state and out-of-state DMV paperwork, finalizing vehicle deals, and handling daily deposits. You’ll work closely with sales, finance, and management teams to ensure every transaction is completed smoothly and on time.

Qualifications 

  • Automotive dealership office experience preferred
  • Prior DMV/title processing experience a plus
  • Experience using CDK or similar dealer management systems preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills with internal teams and external partners
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
