Position Summary

Ally Restoration is seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our growing restoration and construction company. This individual will serve as the central point of coordination between office staff, project managers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects move efficiently from start to finish.


The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has exceptional organizational skills, communicates professionally, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Develop and improve office procedures and workflows.

Project Coordination

  • Assist with scheduling crews, subcontractors, and inspections.
  • Track project milestones and deadlines.
  • Coordinate permits, Certificates of Insurance (COIs), and required project documentation.
  • Maintain project files and ensure all documentation is complete.
  • Support project managers with administrative tasks.

Client Relations

  • Provide project updates and respond promptly to client inquiries.
  • Maintain professional customer service throughout each project.

Vendor & Subcontractor Management

  • Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors.
