Our client, a well-established and growing Insurance agency located in Tinley Park, IL, is seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join their energetic team. Known for their "work hard, play hard" culture, this client offers a supportive, family-like environment where your success is truly celebrated.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed Insurance professional who is passionate about sales and client service, and who brings a solid track record of success in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

ยท Manage and grow your own book of business while identifying new client opportunities

ยท Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing consultative insurance solutions

ยท Collaborate with the internal service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention

ยท Conduct coverage reviews, policy renewals, and risk assessments

ยท Stay current with insurance market trends and regulatory changes in Illinois

What We're Looking For:

ยท Minimum of 3 years of Insurance Sales or Broker experience

ยท Active Illinois Insurance License required
