Empire Title Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Title Processor / Closer to join our team in our Hollywood or Boca Raton office.

We are an attorney-owned title company affiliated with a well-established real estate and probate law firm, serving clients throughout South Florida. About the Role

As a Senior Title Processor / Closer, you'll manage residential real estate transactions from contract through closing. You'll work directly with buyers, sellers, lenders, REALTORS®, attorneys, and vendors to ensure every transaction is handled accurately, efficiently, and with outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Client Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and transaction participants.
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
  • Keep all parties informed throughout the transaction.
  • Provide clear explanations, answer questions confidently, and resolve issues with professionalism.

File Management

  • Review purchase contracts and identify title and closing requirements.
  • Enter transaction information into ClosingVue and other software platforms.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic files.

Transaction Coordination

  • Order mortgage payoff statements and other required documentation.
  • Coordinate with lenders, associations, municipalities, REALTORS®, and attorneys.
  • Monitor contractual deadlines and proactively move files toward closing.

Closing Preparation & Closing

  • Review title commitments and assist with clearing title requirements.
  • Prepare Closing Disclosures, ALTA Settlement Statements, deeds, affidavits, and other closing documents.
  • Balance all numbers with the lender and ensure all closing conditions have been satisfied.
  • Conduct buyer and seller closings, explaining documents clearly and creating a professional, welcoming experience.
  • Coordinate funding and assist with post-closing matters as needed.

  • Minimum 3 years of Florida title processing and closing experience
  • Thorough understanding of the Florida residential real estate closing process

  • Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn new technology

Preferred

  • College degree
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Experience with ClosingVue, PracticePanther, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office

Annual base salary depends on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.
