Trust Title LLC is hiring an experienced Escrow Officer to own transactions end-to-end. You'll play a pivotal role, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions for clients. Our innovative culture supports your professional growth, offering competitive compensation and opportunities for development.
You'll oversee the full transaction lifecycle from intake to post-closing, guide team performance across every function, ensure accuracy and compliance, and work directly with ownership to refine systems, improve execution, and scale the operation.
Compensation and Benefits:

Responsibilities
• Own escrow transactions end-to-end from contract to funding
• Support the full team across all functions
• Oversee deal flow across intake, escrow, and closing
• Maintain accurate accounting, reconciliation, and clean files
• Review title and resolve issues pre-closing
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness (TDI), and client relationships
Qualifications
• 3-5+ years of escrow experience
• Strong knowledge of title, escrow, and full workflow (intake to post-closing)
• Familiar with TitleWave or Qualia (preferred)
• Able to handle a high volume of calls and file management
• Knowledge of audits (TDI) and fraud prevention
• Strong communication, client management, and team coordination
