You’ll play a key part in leading escrow operations, making sure every file moves efficiently, stays compliant, and closes accurately while supporting both the team and client experience.

• Lead cross-functional title and escrow operations
• Manage escrow files from opening to funding
• Keep transactions moving and closings on schedule
• Ensure accurate balancing, compliance, and clean files
• Resolve title issues while supporting client relationships

• Texas title experience with a strong curative background
• Familiar with Texas TDI compliance and title standards
• Proficient in Title Wave, Qualia, or similar systems
• Has strong and effective communication skills
