WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A TIRE RETAIL STORE LEADER
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience managing a retail tire store
  • Valid CA driver's license
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • A motivated and customer-service-oriented leader with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and pushes themselves and their team to achieve results

A 2-year college degree or equivalent managerial certificate is preferred.

YOUR NEW ROLE AS OUR TIRE RETAIL STORE LEADER
This full-time role features a consistent schedule:
  • Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Saturday 8 AM - 3 PM
  • Closed Sundays
